Duties:

  • Performs tasks related to the administrative management of an organization. This includes activities such as interpreting administrative policies, developing and implementing organizational policies, defining administrative requirements, and/or providing advice to management on related issues.
    Performs liaison duties in support of an organizational program planning process. Participates in developing and implementing long- and short-range plans, procedures, and policies relating to the organization's administrative needs.
    Plans and administers projects or programs, including scheduling and layout of operations, planning for budget and cost requirements, and inspection and surveillance of materials, methods, and equipment used in testing, evaluation, and applications. Organizes, schedules, coordinates, and facilitates the timing, sequence, quality, quantity, and issues related to all such projects and work requests.
    Provides administrative support and guidance for organizational budgeting and financial management activities. Provides advice to management and program personnel on budgetary and finance issues such as budget formulation, justification, and execution; financial management; and financial reporting.
