Evaluates the performance of federal agencies inenforcing anti-discrimination laws. Analyzes, formulates, and develops ideas, concepts,and methodology for new or revised policies, procedures, and systems for designing,implementing and evaluating programs related to civil rights. Conducts research for civilrights projects studies, and proposals performed by or under consideration by theCommission regarding the political social, legal, and economic factors influencing thedenial or abridgement of equal protection under the law on the basis of sex, race, nationalorigin, religion age, or disability. Reviews strategic objectives, program and project design,and methodology used, to determine whether these strategies will accomplish agencyobjectives. Collects, reviews, analyzes, and organizes statistical information using publicand private data sources and archives. Analyzes data such as income, education,employment, occupational classifications, housing, social services, etc., of minorities,women, older persons, persons with disabilities, and persons of various national originsand religions. Drafts timely, impartial, comprehensive, clear, accurate and reliable writtenreports subject to expert review, of the highest quality for publication and use by thefederal government and trusted persons.
