Duties:

    We are looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of an agency's Digital Transformation...someone who wants to assist their customers to take advantage of better, faster, cheaper, and more secure technical solutions to meet mission critical needs.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements, particularly related to multiple agile delivery/development teams to build and maintain WS02 Application Programming Interface (API) management in support of technical release management activities (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)/DevOps) for a cloud based systems architecture.
    Plans and develops EADD policies, procedures, and strategies that drive optimization and integration in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of OJP enterprise applications.
    Provides direct technical project management support to the OCIO/EADD. Directs, develops and maintains project management plans for the control, deployment, and sustainment of a major function within OCIO/EADD.

    Troubleshoots, advises upon, and resolves problems related to software lifecycle development to ensure integration and functionality with OJP programs. Develops and manages OJP's enterprise application efforts in alignment and compliance with Federal, DOJ, OJP, and OCIO strategic plans and industry best practices.
  • Serves as a Project Manager and analyst on the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications and web services for OJP. Provides senior direction to development, testing, and configuration management staff in the execution of technical deliverables in support of major mission programs, such as new or modified system modules of grant management web applications and websites.
