The incumbent serves as Lead Human Resources Specialist and principal advisor assisting the Branch Chief in planning and developing strategies, processes, and procedures for recruitment and staffing program functions. The incumbent leads and manages the Human Capital Concierge (Customer Service) and ensures the timely and efficient provision of help desk/concierge service in support of the goals of the Human Capital Management Division.
