Duties:

  • Performs duties in support of the information, internal communications, and liaison activities for an organizational program. Acts as liaison with persons or groups within and/or outside of the organization to disseminate information about program requirements.
  • Provides advice and guidance, including interpretations, opinions, or decisions, regarding programs or policies. Consultations involve assessment of program or policy conditions, phenomena, or anomalies.
  • Plans, schedules, and conducts projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program or project operations.
