If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for a progessive human capital program that includes employee and leadership development, human resources analytics, compensation management, benefits administration, workforce planning, and work life programs. As a Human Resources professional managing the information systems for the office, typical work assignments include:
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software to ensure the availability and functionality of the systems as well as recovering data in the event of hardware or software failure.

Manages the lifecycle of an information technology project from concept development through implementation. Identifies customer requirements, develops technical approaches, and coordinates project resources related to project costs and schedules.

Manages, administers, and ensures security, maintenance, and operations of database systems. Develops, selects, and/or maintains databases to obtain greater efficiency in computer performance and processes. Determines organization of data in the database and assign names and definitions to the various records and fields using payroll, financial and personnel data from the National Finance Center. Oversees the security system to ensure controlled access to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the data in the database.
Maintains functional knowledge of the data itself. Manipulates and maintains the data as necessary to meet user and system requirements. Creates and loads data for development, testing, and production. Extracts, transfers, and loads data as necessary to maintain the system and interface to other systems. Improves data quality through the implementation of data codification, data cleansing, and data filtering.
