Positions are in the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). BJA funds and provides technical assistance to state, tribal and local criminal justice agencies. Selectee will support the planning/development of criminal justice strategies/programs emphasizing the use of research/data; develop/manage solicitations; monitor training/technical assistance deliverables; and foster partnerships with the field. Selectee will be assigned to Adjudication, Justice Systems or Program Assessment/Innovation.

Plans, coordinates and oversees implementation and assessment of assigned national level criminal justice policy initiatives, periodically evaluating and recommending ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of policy or program strategies.
