Duties:

  • Furnishes technical advisory services to Office of Justice Programs (OJP) regarding legal, regulatory and procedural matters; advises on implications of decisions pertaining to printing operations.

    Reviews and evaluates printing specifications for the procurement of a wide variety of printing projects. Provides advice and guidance to agency personnel, management, and/or customers regarding printing and copying services.
  • Serves as the contracting o¿icer representative of the printing services and related programs. Responsibilities cover a full range of contract support functions, to include statement of work development, contract modifications, and general contract management support.

    Evaluates requests for printing services and recommends specifications for print projects requiring process color, specialty forms such as snap out or other multi forms, pamphlets, vinyl silkscreen and other specialty orders.
  • Performs final review of all work before printing to comply with OJP regulations, Government Printing Office (GPO) practices and OJP and Department of Justice (DOJ) procedures.

    Represents OJP in a liaison capacity with GPO and other printing and reproduction sources in accordance with Federal and Department regulations. Coordinates the requirements of both agencies on the production of agency publications, printed and processed.
  • Plans and manages special projects or program issues with broad impact. Conceives and implements new initiatives and projects to strengthen, facilitate, and integrate programs.
