I certify that I have experience providing technical oversight and direction to multiple agile delivery/development teams to build and maintain grant management systems and applications in a Pega cloud environment AND possess at least one of the following certifications: Pegasystems Certified Systems Architect (PCSA), Pegasystems Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA), Pegasystems Lead System Architect (PCLSA), or Pegasystems Certified Business Architect (PCBA). I have attached a copy of my certification(s) to this application.

MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 14:
Qualifying experience for the GS-14 level requires IT-related experience that demonstrates each of the following four competencies: Attention to Detail; Customer Service; Oral Communication; and Problem Solving; AND one (1) year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-13 level.
Specialized experience is experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience must be IT-related and may be paid or unpaid experience.
Example of specialized experience includes: experience with grants management web applications and systems delivered on a technical platform to include Pega, Oracle, Java, or Coldfusion; experience interfacing with representatives to understand functional grant making requirements and ensure they are appropriately captured in system backlogs and subsequently prioritized via the Agile system; or experience with Agile which demonstrated successes gained through an agile system development lifecycle.
