KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate in writing.
Ability to analyze contract administration issues/problems and recommend solutions.
Knowledge of the rules, policies, and regulations regarding contract performance monitoring.
Ability to provide advice and guidance on contract administration business and program management issues.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
Ability to plan and execute work.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
COR Level II certification is required and a copy of the certificate must be attached to application package.
MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 13:
Qualifying experience for the GS-13 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-12 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Examples are reviewing information and reconciling conflicting data; devising new or modified methods of analyzing findings; or developing new initiatives in one or more program areas.
