Knowledge of research and analysis techniques to perform management-related studies.

MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12:
Qualifying experience for the GS-12 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-11 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Examples of specialized experience include: implementing management improvements in administrative areas; developing statistical and narrative data to predict workload; evaluating program operations and developing proposals to restructure program areas.
Grade 13:
Qualifying experience for the GS-13 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-12 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Examples of specialized experience include: developing and implementing program performance measures; conducting analyses of management systems for efficiency; developing major organizational proposals involving analysis of workload; developing solutions to productivity problems and issues; developing programs and procedures to improve work methods.
