KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to supervise.
Knowledge of the federal budget and appropriations process and financial practices and procedures.
Ability to provide both orally and in writing, budget, financial and program management analysis, advice, and assistance.
Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop solutions.
Ability to plan and execute work as it relates to budgetary and program operations and financial management.
Ability to meet and deal with others in performing supervisory or leader work in a budgetary and financial environment.
MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 14:
Qualifying experience for the GS-14 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-13 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
