Duties:

• The selected candidate will work closely with the Chief Acquisition Officer and agency staff to effectively and efficiently meet the agency's needs. The selected candidate will also be expected to develop new supply sources and to negotiate effectively with vendors.
  The ideal candidate will be familiar with acquisition policies and procedures generally applicable to federal agencies. (Most procurements by CBO are conducted using simplified procedures, although more formal procedures may be used when estimated costs and complexity call for doing so.)
