Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing in performing supervisory or leader work.
Skill in providing work direction, coaching developing collaborative teams, training and professional development to a diverse staff.
Skill in developing and implementing marketing, communication and outreach strategies.
Ability to develop and execute work plans, managing human, fianancial and information resources strategically.
Ability to analyze project issues/problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to supervise programs
MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 3:
Qualifying experience for the FP-03 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the FP-04 or GS-11 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position (examples include evaluating program issues and reviewing project productivity results).
Grade 2:
Qualifying experience for the FP-02 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the FP-03 or GS-13 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position (examples include developing plans for program goals and managing resources for multi-phase projects).
