Duties:

• This position is in the Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Bureau of Justice Assistance, in the Operations office. This position involves overseeing development of performance metrics for BJA Programs with the emphasis on measuring outcomes of BJA investments.
  
  Conducts analysis of performance management data and oversees regular reports to BJA grantees on performance to identify success in meeting targets and areas for improvement.
  
  Manages criminal justice studies of complex performance data to improve outcomes of BJA programs. Conducts data validation processes to ensure reliability of performance data.
  
  Plans and manages criminal justice performance management projects for over 25 justice programs from the concept development stage through implementation and management. Identifies requirements, develops technical and administrative approaches, and coordinates project resources, including project costs, human resources, scheduled completion timeframes, etc.
