Duties:

• The DCIO is responsible for the acquisition, installation, and support of the agency's IT resources and services, including all computers, digital equipment, software, data, information and timesharing systems, data and voice communications, networks and infrastructure, and web and intranet services. The DCIO will also play a strategic role in maintaining cloud systems, including front-end platforms, servers, storage, and networks. The position involves day-to-day operational duties, including user support, hardware and software research, and contract management, as well as policy and administrative writing.
