KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of various screeners and or assessment tools necessary in identifying offender criminogenic risk under strict time frames.
Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop solutions.
Knowledge of program management principles, concepts, methods, and practices.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing in performing supervisory or leader work.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
The individual certifies that attached to the application is a copy of a current license such as LICSW, LPC, LPPC, LCPC or equivalent in good standing with the appropriate professional licensing authority.
MINIMUM FEDERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 14:
Qualifying experience for the GS-14 level includes one year of specialized experience at least equivalent to the GS-13 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience includes monitoring, tracking, and analyzing assessment and evaluation outcome and utilization rates to ensure assessment and evaluation resources are managed effectively. Used assessment and evaluation data to recommend enhancements, modifications and/or the elimination of screeners, assessments, evaluations tools and protocols and/or associated interventions/programming. Meets daily with supervisor to prioritize follow-ups, difficult dispositions, tours, etc.
