While working with CBOs staff, visiting scholars may collaborate on research to be published in professional journals, as technical information for staff on Capitol Hill, or for general audiences. The research will draw on many sources of data that CBO has assembled for policy analysis. Visiting scholars will contribute to CBOs analysis of how people might respond to legislative proposals; they will also contribute to the development of models that incorporate such responses and to background information about policy topics for staff on Capitol Hill.
