Duties:

  • The individual is the Re-Entry and Sanctions Center Program Analyst and provides program technical support to the Administrative Officer, Shift Supervisors, Deputy Director, and Director concentrating on the agency's core Critical Success Factors, performance measurement reporting, analysis, and improvements. The work of this position ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place to assess performance of current operations against the CSOSA critical success factors. Develops and implements assessment tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of various Re-Entry and Sanctions Center Programs. Conducts studies and assessments to determine the effectiveness of RSC projects and programs. The incumbent is the Program Analyst and analyzes, develops, and implements initiatives to facilitate the success of Reentry Sanctions Center programs. Analyzes and provides a full range of advisory services for administering a quality management program for a significant agency component for the Reentry Sanctions Center programs.
  • Develops and implements assessment tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of various Community Justice Programs. Based on analysis, recommends strategies to reshape the major elements of programs to include goals, objectives, approaches, measurements, time lines, resources, and implementation steps.
  • The work of this position relates directly to the establishment of metrics and business processes that will maximize effectiveness of community supervision management and provides feedback on overall performance and areas needing transformation or similar development. Ensures that operating program objectives are met by monitoring budget allocation and execution.
  • Serves as Contracting Officer Technical Representative for select Re-Entry Sanctions Center contracts. Reviews and certifies invoices submitted by the assigned contractors/vendors.
  • Maintains and monitors the Supervision and Management Automated Record Tracking case management system as the basis for the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Reporting Portal that stores mission-critical data, management reports, and performance measures. Monitors requests for funding of treatment referrals for RSC offenders/defendants.
  • Reviews the accuracy of the requests and approves the obligation of funding for RSC treatment placements. Reviews the treatment referral packages submitted by the RSC's Case Management staff to ensure that all of the required documents needed to secure a treatment placement are present.
